Language and appearance

Both settings live under Settings → Preferences and apply to your account only — changing them does not affect anyone else on your team.

Language

Pick a language from the list under Settings → Preferences. The interface updates immediately.

Which languages appear depends on what this deployment ships. Content written by your team — documents, notes, anything you have entered yourself — is not translated; only the interface is.

If you have never chosen a language, we use the one your browser asks for and fall back to the default language when we do not have it.

Light and dark mode

Choose Light, Dark, or System under Settings → Preferences. System follows your operating system, so the interface changes with it at sunset if that is how your device is configured.

There is also a quick toggle in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
